Redesign of the HES (Electronic Health Record)
This project aims to completely redesign all the tools used by both citizens and healthcare professionals in Catalonia. During my time working on the project, I collaborated on several HES initiatives, including the Terminology Server, Configuration Center, Audit Platform, Request Inbox.

Designing with the Salut Design System
This was a large-scale project involving many teams working together on different initiatives. Within the Generalitat de Catalunya, there is a dedicated team responsible for the development and maintenance of the Design System.
In my case, along with other colleagues, we designed screens based on the project owners’ requirements, using this Design System.
We also held meetings with the DS team to ensure we were using it correctly, and we occasionally made proposals to improve components or fix issues we identified during the implementation of the designed elements.
The Salut Design System is public. You can view its resources here:
Project Overview
Some of these initiatives were quite complex to understand due to the large number of medical, healthcare, and administrative terms involved.
For example, the last initiative I worked on focused on redesigning a tool called the “Terminology Server,” an application that organizes, distributes, and standardizes terms and concepts within the healthcare field.
Within this application, users needed to be able to perform functions such as updating existing terminologies or adding new ones, organizing them according to parameters like hierarchies or sets, managing read and edit permissions based on user roles, and other related actions. All screens were fully designed only for different desktop breakpoints.
This project is still under development.
